Server Change

Attention: If there is a new server in the next phase which is highly predictable, we will change to that server. Now, we probably won't change to it during the next phase because if our characters start at a high level, we will stay at Windus. But, once a phase comes out that does not put our characters to a higher level, we will go to the new server.
