I couldn't dream of sleeping in class, though sometimes my head wobbles cause that's just how sleepy I am. D: Oh that's why you haven't been on recently, Nect. But welcome back from all the school business @_@
Good Luck with the talent show Falco.

In music we got to play the keyboard, and everyone put there keyboard on max and played those rap sounds the keyboard can make. No one noticed me mashing out insane solos in the corner............oh well. Wait until we perform
Also, in my school there is a talent show on the 9th and 10th so are band and my friend band is going to play. It is either a concert setlist or a battle of the bands. xD Either way I am excited but of course nervous. There is a talent person there and if someone impress her or him we get like a prize or scholarship. Idrk
I go to bed at 9:30pm and wake up 6:30pm, so like 9 hrs.
My parents friends are coming up tomorrow, I see my grandma sunday, and on Monday I'll be free. Then its back to school. Amen to this brutha. I've been dreaming of Labor day weekend for the past 3 weeks. Too bad half of Saturday will be wasted on a 3 hr practice SAT. Good luck with the talent show! Talent scout? Sounds insanimaniacal. Whenever I hear a badass piano/keyboard tune, I always wish I stuck with the piano lessons my mum forced onto me during the days I had not yet acquired the skill of talking-my-way-out-of-shits. - Nectarose wrote:

School is more demanding than I thought this year. Anyways... Luckily for me, my school is a 5 minute walk. I wake up at like 7:40 AM. Too bad I don't have any classes I can do homework in. Or sleep in. There is always away to sleep in class. Always. - Aerosophical wrote:

| O_o Mike, what was that term called, like irony or something? Now that you showed it, it's going to drive me nuts just thinking of what that term is. No innuendos pl0x? I think ended up putting in a few there. | |

| Oh, you're joining a battle of bands of some sort! I was too lazy to read earlier. x.x; Now I see why everyone is telling you good luck. I'll feel left out if I don't give you some good luck too.
So good luck with your band! (Is it just me or does it sound sort of awkward? I must've worded it strangely. But it's the thought that counts. O:< )

| Wow, I get so paranoid when September rolls around, I can't forget about school even if I wanted to do. Maybe it's my inner nerd. Hm I guess it's a pun kind of like: I submitted a pun in a contest. Did any win? No pun in ten did. | |

laughoutloud this made me smile. I believe the original phrase was slightly paradoxical.

| Oh my mistake, the beginning sentence was supposed to be: I submitted ten puns in a contest. How many won? No pun in ten did. Not one Paradoxes... Hm I guess, I love thinking about those, makes my brain go in circles @_@. | |

| still just doesn't make sense. its not normal to say no pun in ten did. it sounds grammatically wrong too. if anything the grammatically correct way would be no pun within ten did. but then the pun itself loses its effect. | |

its not normal to say no pun in ten did. it sounds grammatically wrong too. if anything the grammatically correct way would be no pun within ten did. but then the pun itself loses its effect. I'm confused. Doesn't "in" within this case = "within"? (If you try to say this 10 times fast, you end up with lots of "wins") no pun in ten did. <<< in ten being the prepositional phrase. Without the prepositional phrase, the clause would look like this: no pun did. <<< makes sense, no? If we say that "in ten" is a modifying prep. phrase being used as an adjective, the sentence is, in deeds, grammatically correct. Anyways, I didn't mean to go off within a tangent, the joke within itself is still punny. Paradox: No pun win. ten did. Looking back over this post, I twisted me brain muscleadfbasdn.

| Ah well, I started out school not really sleepy, so I guess that was a good thing. My schedule was: Digital Media Chemistry Honors Mandarin World History P.E. English Algebra 2 My classes are all pretty close together. I guess my Digital Media teacher remembered me because I had her for about a quarter. She used my name in all the examples she gave (like 3-4), but used no one else's name. Then she called on me to tell her what she was talking about before she went off tangent and I wasn't even listening Chemistry, the teacher has a German-like accent, sounds interesting, but can also be confusing. What is a "pichi" folder anyways? o_o Mandarin, well it's the beginner year, but the teacher already likes speaking to us in that language, even though we don't know it. Guess it's to make us more accustomed to it. World History, the teacher is fat, thus the room is super extra cold. Brrr...... P.E going to hate this class for awhile, I got one of the meaner teachers, but for 2-3 weeks, we're just going to sit in the stands. English: Teacher's cool, though our class is weird, it's the only classroom hidden behind another classroom, positioned kind of like a "T". Algebra II: Happened to sit in the 4th seat, 4th row. The teacher has this sort of spinner object, that will select a random row, if no one volunteers. It happened to land in the 4th row twice, luckily didn't have to go up, (thank you seats number 2 and 3) Only class I have actual homework in as well. Managed to get almost all my textbooks today, and don't have a locker, oh well. Maybe later in the year. Time for some school shopping when weekend rolls around. Hope I didn't forget anything I'm supposed to bring tomorrow. | |

| A&E, that sucks, must be awkward especially if you have to group up and you don't know them :S. Interesting, so many classes and you alternate o_o German, well I guess that's okay if you like the teacher teaching you one on one moreso, but the, really bad if you hate being called on | |
